Please try and carpool to minimise traffic congestion. Bring rubbish bags and sort out your garbage and recycling. We will have a waste management system in place, though we ask everyone to take extra care. We believe the best way is to lead by example, be exemplary in your actions, show positive leadership by taking care of yourselves and the land you live on, take charge and get rid of litter wherever you see it. Speak up against any abusive and unwarranted behavior or report it to the site managers.

Lastly, please make use of the healing space provided, it is a haven purely for you. Our team of healers are experienced in helping you ground yourself after a long night of dancing. They are their to guide you through your emotions and help you shift perspective for a better you. Use this island as a sanctuary through out your travels across the festival.

We live in a place of extreme temperatures and this time of year is no exception.

Dehydration and heatstroke can both be deadly on their own, but when combined and mixed in with alcohol, physical exertion, poor eating, and poor sleeping habits, the potential for harm is multiplied exponentially.

Please be extra mindful of the conditions and stay hydrated and nourished, and be sure to get some sleep in to rest your body and mind.

Be vigilant and look after one another, check on your friends regularly to make sure they're playing it safe.

Please be mindful and avoid littering, cigarette butts especially, and clean up any rubbish that you bring to leave your camping area as clean as you found it.

Leave nothing behind but footprints.

There will be a complete fire ban in place for the duration of the event, no open fires will be permitted in the camping areas.

We will have a large communal fire at the back of the dance floor and several fire barrels throughout the event area.

Fire twirling is only permitted as part of the approved festival performance schedule within a specific area during designated times.

The energy that you bring into the event has a tremendous impact on the overall atmosphere. Specifically, substances like GHB and Meth/Ice create a very low frequency resonance which is completely contrary to what we are trying to accomplish. They are also particularly volatile with a very high risk factor associated with their use, and create a liability which has traditionally not been associated with the PsyTrance scene. Thus we would ask all patrons to respect our intentions for the event and leave any such elements at home.

There will be a 'No Pass-Outs' policy in place for the duration of the event in order to reduce the risk of any accidents onsite, and also to alleviate the concerns of local police regarding inebriated motorists.

All patrons will be asked leave their vehicles stationary after setting up camp until they exit the site, please be mindful in your preparations to ensure that you bring enough supplies for the duration of the event.

Cars must be parked alongside one another as in traditional row carparks, reversed back up to the soil checkbank. This measure is in place to reduce the risk of any accidents occurring as a result of vehicle movement.

As a condition of entry, you are consenting to your person being filmed and photographed. These images may be used by the Event Organiser for purposes including, but not limited to, promotional purposes.

The Event Organiser, its related entities, and authorised representatives will provide all services at the Event with due care and skill to the full extent required by law.

You enter this event at your own risk. Except as required by law, the Event Organiser, its related entities, and their respective directors, officers and authorised representatives assume no liability for any loss, injury or damage caused to you or your property during the Event or in any way related to your attendance at the Event.

To the full extent permitted by law, you waive all legal rights of action against and fully release the Event Organiser, its related entities, and their respective directors, officers and authorised representatives from any liability for any loss, injury or damage caused to you or your property during or in respect of the Event.

You agree to indemnify the Event Organiser, its related entities, contractors and their respective directors, officers and authorised representatives against any loss, injury or damages caused to any other person or the property of any other person arising out of your actions, negligence or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

The Event Promoter reserves the right to make changes to the advertised program, including changes to the Event lineup, including adding, removing, or substituting artists, capacity of the Event, and the time and location of the Event. If any changes are made to the advertised program, ticket holders will not be eligible for a refund.
